For the few here that thought TNA was starting to put out a better product lately this should prove that they will never truly figure things out....brother.

Man, he's really desperate. But then, so is TNA.

That's what my " Huge TNA News " thread was about. I guess the MODs should either merge them or just delete my thread.

A better subject might be "Oh brother".  Just when you think that MAYBE TNA is getting on the right track...oh well, I still see Hogan backing out on them like the last time he "signed" to appear.  I'll laugh my ass off just like last time too.

They'll award it to him before he even appears, then declare the title vacant when he tells them he's signed with WWE instead, then give it back to him when he reveals that he didn't really sign with WWE but just wanted more money, then declare the title vacant again when he breaks a hip walking to the ring for his first match.

Me, for continuing to be a wrestling fan.

I've been wrong about Hogan before. I thought there was no way him going to WCW would work. It did, and it exploded with Hogan turning heel in 1996. I thought there was no way the WWE would work with him in 2002.

But this time I'm right- it can't work. The people who are currently TNA fans won't want to see him, non-TNA won't tune in for him, and this time no one is going to luck into a once in a lifetime NWO angle.

Someone should pass Hogan and Bischoff the tardy sauce for showing up late for the Main Event Mafia angle.

According to PWInsider, there have been at least preliminary discussions between TNA and Bischoff Hervey Entertainment that Ric Flair will be part of this "merger".  Flair has said since day one that he'd never join TNA because it's the one thing that would burn his bridge with Vince but since WWE clearly isn't interested in bringing him back and Flair is so desperate, things have changed.  I can't imagine TNA going in a worse long-term direction than having Hogan and Flair dominating 90% of TV time in 2009-2010.

You can guarantee that somewhere down the line that TNA will imagine a way for TNA to go in a worse long-term direction, though.
