Hi,

I think a lot of you will enjoy reading about The Beast (John Yachetti) who worked a ton of places in the 1960s and 1970s, including the WWWF, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Montreal ...

Gary Howard has done a super job bringing an old name back to life:

The beauty within The Beast: The story of John Yachetti

Great article. I used to watch him in the early 60's.  His gimmick back then
was that he was so powerful, he was difficult to knock off his feet,
even tho he was small in stature when compared to today's
300lb monsters.
During interviews, his manger did all the talking while the Beast
couldn't keep still, moving side to side.

I haven't read the article yet(looking forward to that tomorrow), but who was his manager in The WWWF? Wild Red Berry? Lou Albano?
Interesting guy who was a bit before my time, but who I always heard about and wanted to know more about.
To me though The Beast is and will always be Yvon Cormier. I would assume people in Pittsburgh and Toronto though would think the opposite.
Thanks to you and your team Greg for putting these together. Top notch and classy all the way. As always!

Well done. When I first started watching wrestling in 1966, The Beast was one of the main heels in Pittsburgh.
