Saw the line up for tonight's RAW and watched. Wasn't very good overall, I thought it looked better on paper. Hardy-HBK was great, though. Loved the bow and arrow lock, half Boston crab and the modified Sharpshooter. That, and HBK still has the best elbow drop in the biz. Hardy looked pretty solid too, but HBK was on fire. Thoughts?

Best Raw match since the 57-minute Cena-Michaels match. Michaels was in full sell mode early on and was bumping for Hardy like he was Andre the Giant. He made him look awesome. This match blew away Hardy's matches against HHH and Orton on PPV, which tells you who the best worker on the Raw brand still is, and it's not even close. It's really amazing that no one has come along in 15 years that touches Michaels or Undertaker (except maybe Angle at times). They were the best then, they're the best now, but Michaels gets the edge because he's better at putting guys over (even though a clean win over 'Taker means more). Just a great match....just shows like a fine wine HBK gets better with age.

Indeed. That was just a phenomenal match. If people want to try to throw out that Hardy hasn't improved tenfold since his return, they're just holding on to past feelings about the guy. His psychology and timing has become incredible. And HBK shows why that he is, bar none, the best in the business.

Hardy's improved and the match was good but it didnt grab me like a truly great match does. I felt like I'd seen it 100x before.
