I was watching some older matches the other day and saw some wrestlers in their very early years get totally squashed by wrestlers whom they later beat once they were stars.  Here are some that I can think of:

Steve Williams (Austin) loses to The Punisher (Undertaker) in under 3 minutes -
Years later, Austin defeats The Undertaker with the stone cold stunner.

Chris Kanyon (King Kong Bundy) gets squashed by Tony Atlas - Years later Bundy defeats Atlas with the avalanche.

Chris Benoit gets squashed by The Giant (Big Show) at a WCW PPV - Years later, Benoit makes the Big Show tap out to the crippler crossface.

Curt Hennig gets squashed by Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka on a WWF tv taping - years later, Hennig (as Mr. Perfect) pins Snuka with the perfect plex.

I think Bundy's name is wrong there. Pretty sure it's something like Palles, doesn't make your results wrong however.

His real name is Chris Pallies but he broke in as Chris Kanyon minus the gay.

I don't know if he ever came back and beat him or not, but the other night on the AWA show on ESPN Classics, Scott Steiner jobbed to Ronnie Garvin in a total squash. The whole match couldn't have been over 5 minutes.

Rocky Maivia, who had only been wrestling for maybe two years, jobs to Mankind on the undercard of an In Your House PPV in '97. Almost a year and a half later, the two are exchanging the WWE Title between each other.

I gotta imagine Hacksaw Jim Duggan started as a WWF jobber so he probably beat some guys when he was more eestablished.

Jushin Liger before he got the mask, would job all the time to Owen Hart, then he gets the gimmick and goes-over Owen.

Can't speak for the rematch, but I remember seeing WCCW footage of a pre-AWA Shawn Michaels getting his ass handed to him by One Man Gang.

Yeah, they actually put that on his WWE DVD.  I'm just not sure if he ever faced OMG in the WWF other than in tag action.  I know The Rockers and Twin Towers had a WM match, but I want to say The Rockers lost that one.  I'm sure he must've faced Akeem at some point during that time period though, just don't know if he ever beat him.

Shawn Michaels had been wrestling for a while by the time he faced Ric Flair and I don't remember it being a squash.

I heard Jack Brisco say that he got squashed by the Funk brothers in his early years.

Michaels/Flair match wasnt a squash it was a few week before the heel turn. It was the match that showed me Michaels could be a great singles star.

Michaels was knocked out of the ring and Jannetty "helped" him back in, where he was immediately pinned by Flair.  Michaels blamed Jannetty for the loss, while Jannetty claimed he was just trying to prevent him from being counted out.  It was a very good competitve match.  I seem to recall it being aired on "Primetime" though.
