If anyone has a list of them that would be great.

I bring it up because that "Flair Ceremony" had to do well.

I used to follow it better but I think some of the highest rated segments on Monday nights were actually trainwrecks. Piper's "team tryouts" on Nitro I remember drawing a big-time rating. Mick Foley's "This is your life" with The rock also drawing big-time numebrs.

So how did the Flair segment go and what are some other segments that have done comparable numbers?

Foley's first WWF Title win was a big winner.  With Bischoff basically instructing Schiavone to tell everyone to switch over to Raw.

Before the Flair sendoff, the highest rated segment supposedly was
Foley's "This is Your Life, Rock". I thought it would have been
something featuring Stone Cold.

4. This is Your Life, Rock: Greensboro, N.C.: Sept. 27, 1999
After attacking The Rock the night before at Unforgiven, Mankind tried to apologize with a birthday party for the People’s Champ. During the lengthy segment, Foley dropped balloons and confetti throughout the arena and invited The Rock’s high school sweetheart, former teacher and football coach to the show. Mankind even gave his tag partner a Rock ‘N’ Sock Connection jacket and introduced Yurple the Clown to sing ‘Happy Birthday.’ Unfortunately, The Rock reminded Mankind his birthday was in May and not September. The segment was the highest rated segment in Raw history.

I loved that segment. What a trainwreck. The Rock tells his high school coach to stick his whistle up his ass, gets the crowd to boo his high school girlfriend for not "giving the Rock any" etc, etc.

:D That was good..

btw, what WAS the rating for the Flair sendoff ceremony? I know the overall show was down, but does anyone know what that segment did?

If  I remember this right he "gets rid of her" by pointing to a spot off-stage and says "Poontang your ass out of here".

Not that impressive when you consider that Rock's This Is Your Life was somewhere around 6.5

I believe Rock's segment did well over a 7, maybe an 8.  Someone needs to check.  But dozens if not hundreds of segments have done better than Flair.

Was Nitro even on that night? Was it opposed by networks showing "test patterns" and "static"?
