He was the last manager of note in the Central States territory before it folded. He managed all the heels there-but especially Butch Reed. If I am not mistaken he is the son of Central States mainstay Rufus R, Jones.

3. Mike George beat Diamond Timothy Flowers (with Slick) by DQ after Crews interfered.  Ref- Sonny Myers

4. Sheik Abdullah beat Rick McCord.  Ref- Tom Andrews

5. Bruce Reed and Rufus R. Jones beat Tarzan Goto and Akio Sato when Jones pinned Goto.  Ref- Sonny Myers

6. Kevin the Magnificent and Bulldog Bob Brown beat Bart and Brad Batten when Kevin pinned one of the twins.  Ref-Sonny Myers

7. Akio Sato beat Tommy Wright to become the new TV Champion.  Ref- Tom Andrews
