The Jake Roberts gun incident at one and only WCW Dallas Sportatorium card in 1992.

The guy who had the gun was sitting in the section right next to where I was. Probably like 15-20ft away.

Two moments stand out for me.

4/14/73 in Omaha: Khozrow Vaziri DQ win over Ric(k) Flair

6/4/79 @ MSG in New York: 1st ever Battle Royal, won by Hussian Arab (Vaziri) who faced Backlund in the Main Event.

The night after they found Brian Pillman in a MSP hotel room, I was talking about it and drinking beer with Chris Benoit and Eddy Guerrero.  It was a sad night...

I was at the St. Paul Civic Center for Brian Pillman's final match, against Goldust, although no one realized it at the time. When news that he'd died broke among internet wrestling fans the next day, many insisted it was an angle. I knew it was true due to local newscasts picking up the story and having comments from the police. Despite this, and the local papers also running the story, more than one fan at Nitro the next night at Target Center in Minneapolis still claimed it was an angle.
