These two really belong in a worst finishers topic. The top rope elbow drop by Gino Hernandez. The screwdriver used by the Tolos brothers. Even as a kid I didn't buy John Tolos using that hold as a finisher.

There's always the infamous Erik Watts dropkick

Gino Hernandez' top rope elbowdrop was scary to watch. On the wrestling Gold DVD's it looked like he would destroy his own hip when he hit the move.
