Was wondering about the most wrestlers to appear on one card.

I'm sure those WCW World War 3 PPVs had over 100 wrestlers on the bill, but I want to exclude shows with battle royals and marathon TV tapings.

What are some worthy candidates?

Wrestle Rock doesn't count because there was a women's battle royal won by Sherri Martel.

The first Survivor Series in '87 had 50 wrestlers if we're including that format of match.

I was gonna mention "Hot Summer Night" at the Aloha Stadium in 1984, but I think it ONLY had 40 wrestlers.

39 at WMV and 36 for WM6, so those don't win.

What about that inter-promotional card they held at the Tokyo Dome in 1994? That card seemed to have a ton of guys on it from what I remember.

The first Crockett Cup in 1986 had 24 teams (48 wrestlers) and two other title matches (Flair/Dusty and Duggan/Slater) for a total of 52 wrestlers. However, it was broken up into an afternoon and evening session on the same day. Not sure this counts.

All Japan Women's Tokyo Dome show in 1994 had 55 wrestlers on it: http://www.prowrestlinghistory.com/supercards/japan/women/ajw/miscajw.html#eggdome

Probably a record for the most women's wrestlers on a single card, if you discount the 9 men on the show.

This doesn't count because it was a battle royal but a few years ago around Christmas time a company in Japan had a royal rumble style battle royal with 100 wrestlers. I think they had a couple other matches on the card as well.
