I'm watching it again on Classics on Demand.  I always loved this match.

Strike Force                                      Hart Foundation
British Bulldogs                                 Demolition
Rougeau Brothers             vs.            Islanders
Killer Bees                                        New Dream Team
Young Stallions                                 Bolsheviks

Gorilla and Jessie's commentary is second to none.  I love the story they tell as far as the match is concerned.  Historically speaking, was there ever a tag match before that had so many people involved?

Loved this match, as well as the 20 man tag the following year as well. Hard to believe there were that many good teams all in the WWF at one time, not that they were all good, but you get the point.

This was a such a fun match. Took a little hit the next year with the Conquistadors being involved.

Not just "involved", but apparently won the thing, despite not being awarded the actual victory.

If they wanted to they could easily do the same thing this year.  The Tag division has been on fire lately.

Goldust/Cody
The Usos
Los Matadores
Prime Time Players
Tons of Funk

VS.

Rollins/Reigns
Real Americans
Wyatt Family
2 of 3MB
Hunico/Camacho (playing the role of Los Conquistadores)

The whole match with The Conquistadors getting the total crap beat out of them was awesome as the finish came when Demolition got counted out and Warlord and Barbarian almost getting counted out too and The Conquistadors jumping up and down like they were going to win.

The British Bulldogs stand out in my memory for both years as well.  In the 1987 match, the eliimination of the Bulldogs is edited out of the Coliseum video release for time.  This is on par with the phasing out of Chuck on Happy Days after Season One.

In 1988 the Bulldogs lasted a while while The Rougeaus, who had their go-round with Dynamite Kid, were booked to exit the match early and could then leave the arena with no chance of Dynamite looking for one last receipt on their last night in.

That was odd as Dynamite sported a mustache.
