Watched a comp Classic Camp made of some WWE stuff from 1983 with Scicluna over Johnny Rodz, Slaughter over Jay Strongbow, and a Snuka/Muraco MSG match.

That's pretty cool.  I just watched a clipped version of Snuka/Muraco on CHV Inside the Steel Cage.  A longer version, still clipped I believe, is on CHV Most Unusual Matches, which I intend to finish this afternoon (doing a lot of CHV catching up over Christmas Break).

The Snuka/Muraco match didn't have any stips, but was infamous for Muraco piledriving Snuka on the floor and slamming his head on the ringside table for Snuka to color. I believe it's a DQ finish with both guys trying to choke each other out and several guys running out to split them up. You just don't see heat that way anymore.

Lots of Portland wrestling circa 1977-1981. Matt and Tony Borne feuding with Buddy Rose and a variety of tag partners.  Lots of blood.  Great non-wrestling segments.

I just got Netflix, so I've watched Best of the Clash of Champions Episode 1 and Wrestling's Greatest Rivalries.

Watched an incredibly lame Chief Jay Strongbow vs Masked Superstar match from MSG in 1983. Whoa.

Over the weekend, watched some Chikara ( best match was Mr. Touchdown vs Mixed Martial Archie ), two good Bruno matches ( vs Patera and vs Graham w/Monsoon as the ref ), and a pretty decent Backlund vs Muraco match from MSG.

Recently watched a Maple Leaf Gardens show from November 1986. Terrible show overall, main evented by a Piper Muraco slugfest.
