Outside of Hulk rolling the shoulder in the controversial 3 count at Wrestlemania 3, and again during the referee screw job on the Main Event, did anyone ever kick out of a pin attempt after Andre went heel?  For whatever reason, I can't remember it happening.

I don't remember much about his matches against Ultimate Warrior but I would guess he may have kicked out of a pin attempt or two in their series of non-30 second matches.

If not and you are indeed correct about him not getting a pin attempt kicked out of, it was probably designed that way so Andre didn't have to go down to the mat often. By that point, he would have had a hard time getting up without a struggle. He went downhill fast physically starting around 1985 and, from all reports, was in pain almost all the time.

I think warrior did the "superman" kick out on Andre where he literally launched him off at least early on in the feud before Andre absolutely hated him.

I'd like to see that video if anyone has it.

I don't remember anyone specifically doing it, but the two possibilities that come to mind are Bigelow (short run against Andre in some tag matches after the Feb 88 Main Event show) and perhaps Duggan (Andre's first post-Hogan feud, in Spring '88).

Wasn't the typical launch that you think, Andre was already on his knees on the fall and the launch was basically a roll.  Then, Andre started to either really hate or resent him, and the matches got over with really fast.

I've seen a couple of those matches, and while these would probably be the best opportunity for something like that (I doubt it with the Jake Roberts feud), it seems to me that when Andre went for a cover it was over.

I do remember Andre putting his feet up on the ropes for leverage one time against Duggan.  It actually made me laugh.

Which was probably for the best.  That Warrior-Andre match from SNME that they showed on WWE Network's Warrior tribute was as boring as any match I've ever seen in my life, and then it ended by DQ with Heenan running in after all that.  Just brutal, through 2 commercial breaks.  30 seconds is all anyone should have to endure of that match.
