What songs bring to mind a show, an angle, a montage, etc. every time you hear them?
Whenever I heard ZZ Top's Under Pressure and Bowie's Modern Love, my mind immediately goes to the opening credits of the WWF's openings back in the early 80's even though I can't even remember on which shows they used those particular songs.  Oddly, though, Thriller doesn't do the same thing.

Similarly, when I hear NIN's Closer, I don't think of ECW, but when I hear Thunder Kiss '65, I do.  Also, when I hear Say It Ain't So by Weezer, it always reminds of the Mikey/Sandman video.

Obsession by Animotion always makes me think of Saturday Night's Main Event.

Every time I hear Freebird, I think of Terry Gordy in World Class.

Just about all the ECW theme songs.  I still think if Tommy Dreamer every time I hear "Man in the Box".

This one^^^.[size=
]Sharp dress man. Jimmy Garvin. Rose and Somers use to come out with a Madonna song playing.  Couldn't  figure how or why they chose that song.

Take me Home by Phil Collins for the closing credits of SNME.
After a great short match btwn the Bulldogs and Harts on Maple Leaf Wrestling, they went to commercial with King for just one day by the Thompson Twins. Since I dont hear that song too often, whenever I do hear it, it reminds me of that match which I loved so much. It was taped from one of the smaller towns (Kitchener?) where they did some tv tapings. Pretty sure it was the same arena where Harley made his WWF debut, and super loud chants of BORING were heard throughout.

Every time i hear Henley's "Dirty Laundry", I think of the WWF. They used the song on one of their Saturday morning shows back in the early 80's.

Al Wilson's "I'm The Snake". Always thought it would be a good entrance song for Jake the Snake Roberts.

Did the WWF get proper clearance for all these songs? It's not like they were under the radar being the syndication juggernaut that they were back then, and I even recall them using songs like "Stand By Your Man" on SNME on NBC, so you'd think they paid for all of this even though they aren't willing to pay for many songs the past 25 years.

Star Wars theme- AWA. Before wrestlers had entrance music, all of them came out to the Star Wars theme at the Chicago Amphitheatre

Chantilly Lace- Buck Zumhofe. He would always have that song blasted as he was about to be interviewed.

Eye of the Tiger- Hulk Hogan

Rock-n-Roll is king- Rock-n- Roll Express

Iron Man- Road Warriors.

Holding Out For A Hero by Bonnie Tyler for a World Class video about 1984.

AWA early 80s bumper music like Tainted Love by Soft Cell and Don't You Want Me by Human League.

Ted Nugent Free For All always reminds me of the AWA now that you mention it. They did a big video for an upcoming supercard that used Free For All as the theme. Lots of good fighting and blood in it.

Two of mine were mentioned, Obsession by Animotion and Rock-n-Roll is King.

The one I was surprised wasn't mentioned maybe because you don't hear it on the radio, but it does come up in moves and ads is Also sprach Zarathustra reminds me of Ric Flair.

Eye of the Tiger makes me think of Rocky III & not Hogan.
