Tonight’s episode of Power is the “season finale” and the last episode in the can with Cornette on commentary. The funny thing is their PPV isn’t until NEXT Friday, so they want people to buy it with no build for about 10 days. Brilliant.

Unfortunately, I loved the show at the beginning and it was fast becoming my favorite, but I am kinda done now between losing interest and Cornette gone.

Is that your youtube channel? ![]() Are you still somewhere out in Queens, like Astoria or something? What time do you end up getting home and in bed during these mid week rock shows you go to? I can do something like that if I don't have to work the next day. Maybe 25 years ago, but fucked if you will see me do it now if I have to work. It would have to be something pretty darn special.

Wrestling doesn’t have a season and if it did it wouldn’t have a 10 day break before a PPV.

I thought this show was decent. I really like the Storm and Aldis interviews. Seemed realistic, not in the ring, and not too long. AEW should take note. They need more of that to build angles. However decent is still not great....this thing seems like it could be so much more. I hope after the PPV that it picks up. I will keep on for a few more weeks.

srossi wrote: The finalized Into the Fire PPV lineup: On paper, this looks like a second rate TNA PPV from 5 years ago. I really hope they can deliver, but I have my doubts. Match quality has to improve if they're making people pay for this show. You can't have a bunch of 3 1/2 minute matches like on Power. I would fully expect to finally see the Tim Storm heel turn here, costing Nick Aldis the NWA title. The problem is, Nick Aldis is a heel. And so is James Storm. Or are they? It's impossible to tell with the way the NWA booked these shows. But Storm has to turn, and it's pretty predictable.

They said they had more people order the show than the Last show which I think was the 70th Anniversary show that was 7 days before the show. If I didn't have to work I would ordered it.
