Just curious.  I really only saw him as part of the Kansas Jayhawks.

He laid on his back and his opponent jumped on top of him.

The thread title made me harken back a generation or so to damiende on KM. Always asked this question so he could program it into a video game where he could customize and save characters.

He was a very good worker though, and an even better manager and color commentator. I liked his color work on WCW Worldwide and SMW. I bought both of his books . The second one was pretty good, the first one was great.

Came here to post "Staring at the lights" but I've been beaten to the punch.

Same idea- Superstar Wrestling Game.  It's dice based from the Apter mags.  Now there is a computer version.  The card for Dutch was from after they were told they couldn't use real names without some compensation to the wrestling feds, so they printed nameless cards, but made the wrestler obvious by the names of his moves.
Mantel's finisher is called the Dirty Dutch Oven.  I wanted to edit it.  Thanks for the assist.

That sounds like the nastiest finisher ever.  I would tap out immediately.

Dutch would go between the short arm clothesline and the running elbow drop.
