How will this turn out ? Will it be Flair's last match ?
I think not. Somehow Flair will hang on.
Maybe Orton attacks Flair during the match & Triple H gets DQ'd.
Orton later explains that he, the "Legend Killer" will be the
one to end Flair's career.

Vince is on the stage watching the match.

HHH hits the Pedigree on flair. HHH turns around and see Vince smileing. HHH lays down and put Flair on him. Flair gets the pin.

Lame....but I can see it happen.

I think when it's all said and done Flair will let HHH have the honors of going over him in his last match as he is such a suck hole for HHH and The MacMahons in general. But IMO I don't really see anything wrong with that as H is the top guy now a days as far as wrestling goes so by Flair laying down to the top guy in the biz at the point of his retirement really shows Flairs longevity. To be able to work at the level he did for so long and to retire not as a "bottom" guy putting over midcard guys or a "midcard" guy putting over other midcard guys and up and comers , but as a TOP guy in one of the TOP angles putting over THE TOP GUY. Impressive.

I can see HHH letting Flair go over him clean.  Not saying it'll happen, but I wouldn't be shocked.  HHH has been very good about taking 5 steps down the ladder in the past year and he idolizes Flair.  He would do it.

Unfortunately the one person he needed to do the honors for he didn't: Umaga.  They missed the boat with him.  The guy is a monster who can actually work and had a MOTY candidate with Cena of all people last January, and then HHH dominated him in a feud and destroyed his momentum.  This is going off topic, but that's a shame.  He could've done so much more.

SPOILER (highlight to see)

Flair by DQ. McMahon or Regal interfere. Extra stiuplation was that if Triple H lost, he'd be out of the Royal Rumble.

Which is true but also HHH did put over Umaga clean last year when Umaga made his debut and was getting his first monster push, as did Shawn Michaels.

That push didn't last long though.  Now he's jobbing all over the place.  Umaga also destroyed Flair in a squash in one of his first matches, but there last match was quite different.

Umaga is heading for Kane territory: always billed as a "monster" but with no credible threat to ever win.

That's true, and it's way too soon and he's way too good for that.

At least, like Kane, he'll always have a job.

SPOILER ALERT

Well, it wasn't Orton, but the same result. Regal gets revenge on
Vince & becomes a face.

Or, Vince ended up screwing TripleH who was a more hated target to him that Flair.

Either way, it was a helluva match and Flair looked great.  Enjoyed the hell out of it.

Who said he became a face?  He screwed HHH out of the Royal Rumble spot.  I don't think he turned at all.

We'll see next week. While HHH got screwed, so did Vince.
Plus he refused to slug Hornswoggle, which will put him over
with the fans who love the little fucker.
I hope he doesn't turn. He's much better as a heel.
