I'll throw myself in this ring as well as I have 5 hockey coaches. Rumour today is that Cory Clouston's job in Ottawa is hanging by a thread. We'll see.

That's why I use the initials CH.

You'll be disappointed to hear that he's signed an extention with the Bengals.

That means he's out. If he was 0-12 next year, Mike Brown would still keep him. Fuckin' waste of a pick on my part!

The nice thing about this pool is that he could start next year at 1-5 or 1-6 and get canned then. Extensions mean little in the coaching ranks.

You've raised an interesting point. If an NFL coach gets fired, signs with a new team & gets fired again (before Jan.01 2012), would you get double the points for this guy
since he was fired twice ?

Not what I meant, but interesting thought nonetheless. :)

I'm probably missing someone totally obvious but is
there a coach out there(any sport) who was fired by one team and then fired by his new team the next season?

Ray Rhodes, fired in Philadelphia (after 1998 season), then by Green Bay (after 1999 season).

We could call it the Billy Martin rule.
