MASH because it had the best ending in the history of T.V.

WKRP

For my taste, these are the bottom two of the Elite 8, but I could never get into MASH. I guess the years as a kid of sitting on the couch, bored to tears while the grownups watch a show I didn't get at all make it hard for me to like it even to this day.  I though Andy Griffith was boring as a kid too, though, and I absolutely love it now. Just don't recall being forced to watch it as a kid like I was with MASH.

Consider yourself lucky. My grandmother used to force me to watch Lawrence Welk when I stayed at her house when I was a kid.

I liked MASH but as I stated before it got way too preachy near the end.

My Grandma was into Lawrence Welk, too, but I didn't have to watch it. I could go play, and I wasn't usually at her house when it came on, but I definitely recall seeing her watch it several times over the years. I DID have to listen to his music (and other similar recording artists) in her car everytime she picked me up and brought her to her house (which was once every week for at least 12 years or so and the ride was about 15 minutes each way).
