While Clawmaster tries to hold onto his tenuous lead in the Yahoo-hosted Pick Em Pool we'll do one here just for the playoffs.

We'll send out a 24-7 DVD to the winner of the pool after the Super Bowl.

Works like so. Picks gotta be in before the games are played (let's call Saturday 4 PM EST the benchmark cutoff time)

You offer two selections on each game. Straightup winner and pointspread winner.
You get one point for each correct selection.

The Pro Bowl will not be part of the competition.

Most points at the end wins. Ties will be broken by guessing the Super teams score but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Picks will be made right here and in this thread.

Cincy at Houston (3)
Detroit at New Orleans (10.5)
Atlanta at NY Giants (3)
Pittsburgh (8.5) at Denver

Cincy at Houston (3) - Houston to win & cover

Detroit at New Orleans (10.5) - N.O. to win, Detroit to beat the spread

Atlanta at NY Giants (3) - Atlanta to win. Obviously, by winning, Atlanta beats the spread

Pittsburgh (8.5) at Denver - Pitts to both win & cover.

I have to do some climbing next week. At least I predicted the Steelers demise.

Ok, I'm not sure but was I looking at these picks the correct way.

Meaning, I'd thought that since Denver was a dog and I took them, I would get the 2 pts for that game if they'd won. They did, but just using an example.
