I think Stormin' Normin was traded for Byron Scott (or the draft pick that became him).

Goodrich to the Jazz for the draft pick which became Magic was correct. The Laker gave up useless forward Don Ford to the Ted Stepien owned Cavaliers for a draft pick which which ended up being the no. 2 overall and which became James Worthy. Don Ford was notable only because during a 4 game loss to the Trailblazers in the 1977 playoffs Maurice Lucas outrebounded him something like 62 -1 for the series. Full credit to Sin. Batter up.

The 4 times were 1907, 1920, 1923, and 1924. All were moved due to poor ice conditions with the exception of 1923. In 1923, Ottawa played Vancouver for the right to play Edmonton in the finals. Ottawa won and rather than take weeks to travel back to Ottawa, they had the games in Vancouver instead. Do I get a bonus for stumping everyone. :-P John
