Not officially gone yet, but Alex Anthopoulos has turned
down the Blue Jays extension to remain as GM.

Going to a much larger and likely more profitable for him American market.  Plus I'm sure he figures that he got the Jays as close as he was going to get them to the brass ring.  Betting he's got a pretty good idea that all the FA's are going places far and wide and next year may see the team start to decline.

So, who is looking for a GM out there?

There are rumors that in their first meeting, Mark Shapiro scolded AA for
trading away the future in the David Price deal.

While IMO he didn't do much good for them in the post season it could be argued that if the trade for Price had not been made there would have been no post season.  People sure are thin skinned though because i would have thrown it back in Shapiro's face.

Correct you got 4 points ( 2 pt pick + 2 pt island pick ) for AA walking away.

You and I both have Gibbons for 1 point.

At his press conference today, Shapiro said Gibbons would be the MGR for 2016. Still, he will be a good pick for next season.
