Flair and Valentine were Mid-Atlantic tag champs three times and a devastating duo

Tim Woods (I) and Johnny Walker (2) captured the GA Tag titles five times

I would pay to see this match

Flair and Valentine.

If you happen to own the Cornette "Garbage Tapes", watch the clips of Flair and Valentine vs. The Andersons.  GREAT matches, and Flair and Valentine did the unthinkable:  They actually made the Mid Atlantic fans CHEER for the Andersons!

Flair & Valentine...talk about unbeatable assuming their egos can continue to co-exist throughout this thing.

the 1977 period when Ric and Greg ruled the Mid-Atlantic was my intro to the Apter mags and he was drooling over them

to me they seemed fearsome and when Valentine came to the WWWF two years later it was one of the the biggest mark-outs I ever had (although Flair coming would have been bigger)

also, they are in the same bracket as the Andersons but we change up for the final eight and do new seedings

Toughest one yet in either tourney. I had to go with I and II as II is one of my all-time favs.
