I thought he had injured it from a move in the ring.  Simply amazing how he managed to keep wrestling long after that

Funny in an ironic sense that it wasn't anything crazy or outlandish that caused the injury,just a routine move done in just about any match.  Just goes to show how quickly things can change.

Yep, sometimes that's all it takes.

  Mike Von Erich's problems started just by kicking Gino Hernandez as he was attempting to deliver a backdrop to Mike and that's when he injured his shoulder if I'm not mistaken.

true.  Hell look at HHH in 2001, just running the ropes tore his quad, Vince tearing his quad walking to the ring, or Flair tearing a muscle not to long ago doing a move he has done billions of times in the past 30 years
