Is anyone interested in seeing old newsclippings (box ads & articles)? I have thousands of them, and was posting them at KM for a while, but that site is not as active as it once was. I can post some here if anyone wants to see them.

For those unaware, in the early-mid 1900's the population of New Bedford, MA was largely Portugese immigrants, which explains why the ads were aimed at that population.

Yeah, those clips were from researching "Diário de Notícias", the Portuguese language newspaper from that area.

In the January 4th, 1965 Albuquerque, NM clipping, could Jose Torko be Joe Turco under a similar name?

I would say yes. I have "Joe Turko" on numerous cards in Albuquerque, El Paso and other southwest cities during 1963 - 1964.
