Re-did 1955 as I found one Indianapolis lineup I didn't have on Mike Dupree's rasslinrelics.com site.

Just when I thought it was safe to go back outside, I found more of George Lentz's Wisconsin research from 1955 to 1958. I knew I had it somewhere. It was just a matter of finding which disc or which email address had stored George's research in it. I remember when George first gave the research to me. I archived some but not all of it in my Wisconsin file. So I knew it was a matter of time before I found the rest. The years 1955 to 1958 will have to be re-done again.

In Bolo's info- if you don't have a Bruiser-Thesz bout from Appleton, WI at Goodland Field during the summer of 1956, let me know. I found it on Appleton Post-Crescent microfilm years ago and have a printout somewhere previewing it but not at arm's length. There were several cards that summer in town. Guessing June-September is the complete range of when they did business about every 3-4 weeks.

Done and I found a new and less time consuming way to edit. This is a funky board in regards to C & Ping stuff.

Just offered an explanation about what was going on in the career of Dick The Bruiser and how the United States Title tied into Bruiser's career. Also did a brief introduction of promoters Jim Barnett and Johnny Doyle.

Kriss, The way you do your listings is fine. You don't have to do them my way. There really is no correct way to do them. Some people list the main event first. Some people list the main event last. I know how to do it the 1-1 60:00 way too. Scott Teal once sent me instructions on how to do it that way. But I had so many results done my own way that I decided against doing it Scott's way. Editing is just what it is. Editing. Rich Tate for instance does his formatting different than anybody else. So I edit his stuff the way I like it. Steve Yohe does his research in CAPS. That bugs the shit out of me so I edit them. I'm just anal retentive in the way I do my results. My friend Andy O is another good example. Andy has his own way of formatting results. So I edit his listings the way I want them to look. That's just the way I am. You are an excellent researcher. I even told Scott Teal today via email to look at your Amarillo territory listings because you have more listings than I do. I tend to get bored with one territory and move on to another one. I know I'll eventually do the research or somebody else will. When I complimented Spatula Puppy for listing the main event first, it wasn't meant to be a shot at you or anybody else. If it came off that way, I apologize. That was not my intent. I just wanted to make Spats feel comfortable on the board.

claw, I was just having a joke. Either my sense of humour got lost in translation between Scottish and American, or it's buried in the two feet of snow that's been keeping me stuck in my house all week.
