Greg Valentine & King Parsons beat Masa Fuchi & Ken Timbs
Dizzy Hogan beat Bill White
Dusty Rhodes beat Gene Anderson
Jimmy Valiant beat One Man Gang
Dick Slater beat Jerry Brisco
Ricky Steamboat & Jay Youngblood no contest with Sgt. Slaughter & Pvt. Kernodle

Greg Valentine most likely wasn't King Parsons tag partner. This was probably either Porkchop Cash or Vinnie Valentino.

12/27/81 Toronto, Ontario @ Maple Leaf Gardens
Tony Parisi beat Tim Gerrard
Billy Red Lyons beat Kurt Von Hess by DQ
Farmer Pete beat Little John
Johnny Weaver & Jay Youngblood beat Kurt Von Hess & Frankie Laine
Blackjack Mulligan, Jr. & Jake Roberts beat The Grappler & Super Destroyer
Ivan Koloff beat Ron Bass
Big John Studd beat Leroy Brown
Andre The Giant beat Killer Khan in a Mongolian stretcher match

Apparently The Grappler and Super Destroyer in this match was actually Mike Miller and Charlie Fulton under masks. I had no idea. But it makes sense considering The Grappler and Super D were gone from Mid Atlantic by this time. I went to this show but I was a kid and some of it is a blur to me.

I can see one of these items being wrong, notice the different Royals. Did dbaker3179 have personal files at his disposition when he did the Nelson Royal career record?

The January card is the correct date. Nelson Royal had no recorded matches in 1984.

Thanks. Did he somewhere hint or outright say that he didn't wrestle that timeframe?

Nelson Royal was semi-retired from 1980 through end of 1985, concentrating on his Western Store business in Mooresville, NC. He made no wrestling appearances in that time frame.

Dbaker is correct. I do not show Nelson for any matches till December 1, 1985. They did use him for when Dusty won Baby Doll. She was at Nelson Royals ranch with Dusty shooting the videos in July of 1985.. Then he was gone till the Bunkhouse Stampede promos in November of 1985.
