Did they use Riverfront Coliseum? I always thought JCP and Georgia used Cincinnati Gardens.

It's hard to tell as the Enquirer by then would rather run ads for local bear wrestling than "real" wrestling shows.

You make it sound like GCW tried to run ads but were shunned in favor of a bear wrestling promotion.  Newspapers aren't selective in taking an advertiser's money.   GCW  just chose not to advertise there.

I was talking more about result clippings. Crockett & Jarrett and I believe even Kowalski/Denucci ran ads, Ole apparently didn't. It's a bit difficult to say with OCR unfriendly fonts and "Rick Flair" misspellings.
