I assume there was a screwy finish of some sort to that 3/29/76 match in Fort Worth, especially with the build to a stadium show starting in short order at which fans had to be made to think Fritz could win the NWA World Title. Fritz didn't get pinned by that point except if something extraordinary happened like a heel using a foreign object or outside interference.

The top ticket price for the 1976 card was $20 which is just over $91 in present dollars due to inflation. That was a huge price to see pro wrestling back then, especially considering the ring was in the end zone and fans were not seated on the field but rather set well back in the stands. The bottom price to get in was $2 which is now $9 after inflation.
