What a breakout year 1975 was for Abbie. It seems this was the first time he ventured to the southeastern U.S. plus his first match from what I can gather against The Sheik. Also first matches against other guys like Dusty Rhodes, Mr. Wrestling II, Don Muraco, Brisco Brothers, etc. A great year to be a fan of Abbie and to following him around the territories. I wonder if any of this was filmed...and somehow survived.
