Is it possible to narrow down Backlund's TV appearances leading up to him winning the belt?

There is a a question on KM about his TV appearances.  The one poster mentioned his match with Tor Kamata.  I do know that this match was a regular match and then went on to a Texas Death Match in which Kamata was busted wipe open and Backlund finished him with a atomic kneedrop.  Can we find out when these occurred and how much longer after that did he win the title from Graham?

It was that set of matches that made me believe that Backlund was going to be the next champ.

It seems to me that the Texas Death Match rematch is not listed for Backlund vs. Kamata or am I missing it in there? It would have had to have taken place soon after since this was on the next week and it was based on the DQ angle.

I don't have the rematch, the texas death match, listed because I don't have results for it.

Thanks claw and Ron.  Bringing back the memories and placing dates on them.

I do remember the handshake snub.  That was another big clue!
