The Salt Lake City promotion was run by Guy Brunetti. The major titles were the Intermountain Heavyweight Title and the North American Tag Team Title.

When did begin his career, around '65-'66?

I know he was only thirty something when he died which I was totally surprised to learn as I always thought he was way older.

Would Lonnie be Kenny Mayne Jr. or was this a sibling of his?

I have Kenny Jr. working a few cards from 1957-59 in that area.

Moondog Mayne was born 1944. I doubt that he would be wrestling at age 12.

Maybe Kenny Mayne jr was his father.

I don't think Mayne Jr. was his father, but a brother if Moondog was born in 1944. Mayne Sr. booked Ogden and seemed to retire by the mid-1950s. They always made the distinction between Jr. and the former booker.

According to Shawn Mayne( Younger brother of Moondog Mayne),  Kenny Mayne Booked Salt Lake City in th 70's. Maybe he just went over there. They had an older brother named Bobby who wrestled and tag with Moondog Mayne. Probably Bobby was the Jr Mayne.

wasn't Bobby Mayne later to become Bobby Jaggers?

Not sure but I think Bobby Jaggers took the name Bobby  Mayne for awhile then switched back.
