Claw, I believe Idol started his Universal Heartthrob gimmick in the Detroit territory. If you have his Detroit match record could you please provide it?

Regards,

foolio

If you can add any Southeast results to the ring records, please do so.

When I was posting the Ronnie Garvin Florida results from 1971 today, I noticed his biggest feud was against Ron Fuller. Robert Fuller got involved eventually. I think a good Ron Fulller record book could be put together. I have most of his CWFlorida stuff thanks to Florida Mat Wars. Mark James has all his Memphis matches. Tim Dills all his Chattanooga bouts. Would need your help with the Southeastern territory.

A record book on Robert Fuller would be harder to do because his career was much longer than Ron's. Jimmy Golden, Jerry Stubbs, Austin Idol and Bob Armstrong all fit the bill of being record book worthy.

I'm up for compiling whatever I can on these guys you are mentioning, claw. Normally takes a week or two to trawl the net and the archives to get as much as I can... Who should I start with?

It's going to be very difficult to get Idol's match list for Continental, as a line-up was very rare in the newspaper after the switch from Southeastern champion wrestling to Continental Championship wrestling.
