 No love for unbeaten Hawaii?

When everyone is healthy, I think LSU is the best team.

Ohio St. seems to just keep getting better. I see them in the championship game.

I'm on the Kansas bandwagon too LAF. Any coach that has the an Abe Gibron body type is all right by me.

Ohio State bit the dust today. Reshuffle those rankings.

Oregon by default.

LSU has not played to nearly their potential, mainly because Les Miles is a dumbass. They lost to a suspect Kentucky team and for the most part have struggled against anybody with a smidgen of talent.

The problem with Oregon at #1 is that the Pac-10 is even worse than usual this year.....and could end up with fewer bowl eligible teams than any conference other than the Sun Belt

If Michigan beats Ohio State, then Oregon has legit claim to number one.  Oregon stomped Big Blue in ways I've never seen before.

How 'bout them Dawgs!  Knowshon Moreno is for real!

IF Kansas can beat Missouri and Oklahoma, they'll play LSU for the title (assuming LSU wins out, too). I think Oklahoma will top Kansas in the Big 12 Title game, so I'm thinking it'll be either LSU-Oklahoma or LSU-Oregon depending on the computers.

If LSU wins the SEC title game (which is never a sure thing) then they should play Oregon, who I maintain has played the toughest out of the other contenders.

Oregon is getting trounced by Arizona. Oregon's starting QB has a sprained knee and they are clueless without him. Nice knowing ya Oregon.

So it's now down to who doesn't screw up between Kansas and Oklahoma. Missouri isn't going to make it, barring a miracle as Oklahoma is one up on them.

Unless LSU has a blow up of massive proportions, they're a guarantee to hold to #1 for two more weeks.

It will be interesting if they lose in the SEC title game and they do have a good shot of doing that. As usual, the East is much more stacked than the West.
