1. Watch the youtube video that you want to post.
2. To the right of the video, there will be a section titled "embed". Highlight the code and copy it.
3. Paste the code into notepad. It will look something like this.
<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/sIQrBouWRiE&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
4. Highlight and copy this part...
http://www.youtube.com/v/sIQrBouWRiE&rel=1
5. In the post window at the wowbb, click on the red "f" at the top and when prompted, paste the section you copied in #4.
6. When you preview or post it, it will look right. Always preview it first to make sure it looks ok.
7. Vote for "brodiescomics" in any tournament or popularty contest ran at the "Sports & Wrestling" message board.

Is there a way to download the audio from YouTube videos over to ITunes or to your computer?

Yep.
http://www.mediaconverter.org/
It can convert to MP3. You can download an add-on to Firefox (Mozilla) or simply use the web site. 5 free conversions daily-more if you buy a subscription.
