I am looking around the net, and my buddy who I just seen told me that ESPN said that Jones and the Pats are talking about a deal.  I have seen nothing.

Ya know, we make fun all we want and whatever - but if there's a system that can clean this guy up and get the most out of his talent, it's New England.

I heard that there were talks between his agent and the Cowboys but nothing about the Pats.

That's what I read too.

This is the first I heard of that so I checked out the Cowboys site and found this:

I'm not sure just how I feel about this. I guess it's kind of like when the Cowboys signed TO. On the field you get a great talent but it's the off-field BS that you will eventually have to deal with. Hopefully if he goes there ( wait - does this mean he won't be returning to TNA ??? :( ) he can stay away from those peeler bars.

I heard the Pats, Bowboys and Lions were interested in Pacman, today.

Why am I not surprised Matt Millen thinks Pacman would be a good addition?

Matt Millen is busy trying to figure out which WR to take at # 15 in the upcoming NFL draft.

I think he's worth trading a fourth or fifth round pick for. Put lots of performance and behavior clauses in his contract, cut him if he's spotted within 50 feet of a titty bar.

Why bother? He's not an elite CB. And you don't need elite CBs to win. Good return guys can be found too. What's the appeal?

I have to agree with LAF. PacMan is a cancer just waiting to mess up his next team.

The problem with "signing him" to anything and making him "part of your team's plan" is he is just as likely to get locked up in the next twelve months.

he has never been locked up, and he beats all his cases.

Point blank, i hope he stays suspended, because he already beat the Giants by himself, when they came back from 21 points two yrs ago, i don't need to see this guy comeback and hurt us again.  Only team i fear in the NFL is the Cowboys, and with pacman cover skills, and the fact that he is one of the few cornerbacks who can catch a ball, the man is dangerous.

Some Dallas sportswriter (not Skip Bayless) said on Dan Patrick's show this morning that Pacman to Dallas will probably be done in a week and it involves something like a 7th rd. pick and a "player to be named" which he swore Dallas fans would never miss.
