I make no bones about Busch being my favorite driver out there, but this was totally uncalled for,and he should be suspended for the rest of the season as far as the Trucks series is concerned.

Not a NASCAR fan @ all, but I'm a Jeff Gordon fan.

I'm also a fan of anyone who beats Jimmie Johnson, and keeps tbat smug asshole out of the spotlight. That said, Busch probably will get suspended for that.

Suspended for the Nationwide and Cup races this weekend and possibly more to come. Nascar finally balls up and hands down a penalty that is deserving, although I DO hope they park him in all 3 series for the rest of the season. What he did last night was about the most idiotic thing I've ever seen in Nascar, and I've followed it since I was a kid. He RUINED the truck series points battle last night, Hornaday even with that little damage could/would have finished top 10 and went into Homestead with a shot at it, instead, it's all but over now..

BTW, this just throws a little more kindling under that bridge at Joe Gibbs Racing, won't be much longer before he burns it down, and then he's going to be up shit creek. He was signed at Roush years ago and got out of it and Roush has said several times that he's done with the Busch brothers, so he doesn't have an option there. He burned his Hendricks bridge, Richard Childress is NOT a fan of his...I guess he could go to Penske if Gibbs ever let him go but Roger has his hands full with one douche Busch brother, 2 might send him to the grave. He better work hard on Kyle Busch Motorsports, because as good as he is, and he IS that damned good, as much as I hate to admit that, but as good as he is, sometimes you just aren't worth the headaches...

Oh, and for those of you that don't follow racing and don't really understand what went down here, I'll put it this way. Let's say you are CC Sabathia. It's the all-star break and you aren't going, so just for fun, you decide to head over to some independent minor-league baseball game and throw a few innings. You go and pitch for the last placed team there, nothing on the line. The team you are playing against is tied for the division lead with 2 games to go. Their #1 hitter gets up for his first at bat and you just clock him right in the head, on purpose, take him totally out. THAT is what Kyle did last night...blatantly.

Holy shit!!! I'm just finding out about this right now. I totally got sidetracked last night and forgot about the truck race. Busch is a fucking idiot. He's lucky he did that to Hornaday and not someone who would have hunted his ass down and beat the snot out of that punk. Imagine if he did something like that to Boris Said in a race?

If Boris Said was racing on an oval, he would be about four laps behind, and if he hit Busch like Hornaday did last night, I don't think anyone would have a  problem with Kyle's response.

As for last night, Kyle went too far in retaliation. He had every right to be pissed at Hornaday, but you can spin him out heading to pit road or something, and not smash him into the outside wall at full speed. I say fuck the points battle, Hornaday was driving like an idiot, but Kyle's penalty is what he deserved. If we are going to suspend guys for fucking up points races, the soon-to-be unemployed Brian Vickers should be suspended too for the shit he was pulling with Kenseth at Martinsville.

Personally,I think it's a bunch of BS that he was suspended for the cup race, especially considering that even though this was blatant,a whole lot worse goes on if your name is Edwards or Harvick, and NASCAR really doesn't care.

I don't have a problem with Busch being suspended from Trucks for a race or even several races, but this is bullshit.

The again,NASCAR makes up the rules as they go along depending upon who is their flavor of the day,and really as an organization they don't give a shit about their fans so long as they get their $$.

NASCAR has lost me for the rest of the year,I can't be bothered to watch a race if my drivers isn't even it.

It's not bullshit, if he loses control of himself in ANY formula, he's unfit to be on a racetrack with other drivers.  Especially at the top level where the cars run faster and hit harder.

I can't really comment about racers being dirty since I'm a Montoya fan.

So why are Kevin Harvick and Carl Edwards still out there?

They are usually less obvious about it? I dunno, Edwards should have got some sort of suspension after running over Keselowski during a Nationwide race last season. Can't remember anything Harvick has done off the top of my head that says "Suspend that fucker!!!".

I don't know how long you've followed Nascar, but there was a precedent for what they did with Kyle, and it actually STARTED with Kevin Harvick. Back in 2002 he screwed around with Nascar during a truck race at Martinsville and they parked him for the Cup race the next day. A few years ago Robby Gordon screwed around with Nascar at the Nationwide race in Montreal and Nascar parked for him for the Cup race the next day. What both of them did was about 1/1000th as bad as what douchebag Kyle did Friday. Honestly, I'll be shocked if he gets by only being parked this weekend, part of me thinks after listening to Joe Gibbs earlier today that Gibbs is going to park him maybe the rest of the year. Also, Gibbs would NOT give an answer to Jerry Punch when Jerry asked him "Is Kyle going to keep his job driving for you?" I wouldn't be shocked to see Gibbs fire him after this season..enough is enough with him..
