People are saying that the Giants are a different team since the week 1 matchup. I say the Cowboys are different as well, we have a secondary now (sort of). With that said, Plaxico still scares me, but not enough to be too worried.

Eli plays well against the Cowboys and he's at home.  Advantage Giants.

The D that was the worst I'd ever seen in week one has tightened up.   I believe that they are seriously embarrassed about that.  The first Defensive series for the G-Men will set the tone of the game.

Brodie-I have the Eagles-Giants game on TIVO that I haven't converted yet, but if you're interested, I'd trade you a copy for the Giants/Falcons game.  Please let me know.

I really like the "Superfan" feature that I made DirecTV give me this year (I threatened to walk because "I am a Giants fan and we'll be horrible this year.  I need an excuse NOT to watch") so they threw it in.   They air the entire game's plays in 30 minutes without any bullshit, so when I get 4 weeks of those, I throw 'em on a disc and am done.  Good stuff!

Anytime I'm ready to take the Giants seriously I'm reminded of Tom Coughlin and I change my mind.

I think the Cowboys are overrated. There's nothing about them that inspires fear.  I actually feel that way about the entire NFC.

I actually think The Pack is scary. Not in a NE, Indy sort of way, but they creep up on you and next thing you know the game is over and they have more points on the board. It's weird; they're not overwhelming but they just seem to make the right plays at the right times this year. Like the 2001 Pats. Not saying they'll win the SB or anything, but I could see 'em (at least the way they're playing right now) taking down the 'Boys in the NFC Championship Game.

Pack having zero running game will be their downfall.  You just cannot pass all the time for an entire season.  Even the old Rams teams would run the ball and they threw more than anyone I can remember.   Hey, they kicked the Giants ass (in NJ, no less) this year but the Giants are like jeckyll and hyde.  I honestly don't have a clue any particular week what they are going to do.

I noticed that when GB beat my Chiefs. Their run game is HORRIBLE. Still, they have the moxy this year and that's what's scary.

I think NE will take Super Bowl revenge over GB for their loss in '97.

I'll be shocked if the Super Bowl isn't New England vs Dallas this year.

By the way, Giants win this one. The week off gives them the edge.

Allow me to reveal my secret weapon in the Football Pick 'Em Pools this year.

Well I'm hoping that the week off affects the Giants as much as it did Colorado in the World Series. I'm sticking to my original pick - Cowboys win 35 to 13.

The "i think" was the problem there ;)

The only team in the league who I believe has put up more points than the Cowboys  this year is the Pats. They're hardly overrated.

I'd put money (not your US peso shit dollars either) on it with you and give the points even if I wasn't a Cowboys fan. Not a team in the NFC that is even in their league.

I have T.O., Romo, the Cowboys defense and Plexico Burrus on my fantasy team.  So I guess I am hoping the Cowboys win something like 49-14 with Burrus scoring the Giants only touchdowns.
