Perhaps even a 'makeup' call in an odd way. Can't have a call that could go Dallas' way two playoff weeks in a row without it looking bad.

Not a catch. The "steps" we're clearly a stumble while trying to reel the ball in. He fell, ball hit ground, got loose in his hands and he lost it while sliding to the goal line. In the old days, that's a catch, but they changed it a few years ago so that a falling receiver has to maintain possession after hitting the ground. He did not. No catch, and the NFL looked at it and stands by the review official's decision. Under current rules, no catch.

A "mutual" parting of the ways, so he was fired. Someone had to fall on the sword and it wasn't going to be Manning. Anyway the team seemed unprepared in the Super Bowl and yesterday so heads have to roll.

I've always taken a " mutual parting " to mean that the team told their Head Coach / Manager / GM to quit immediately and save face or else they would be fired.

Green Bay up 13-0, looking for more and it could be worse. Seattle playing it's worst game of the year right now.

Which makes me more bitter watching it.

However, the scoreboard not reading a LOT to a little may comeback to haunt Green Bay, with all the opportunities they've had to put up points. Seattle is still only three possessions away from taking a lead.

Solid Numbers for Wilson 1st half. 1/8 for 14 yards and 3 INT's
