He's an asshole, 100%.  His "convictions" are complete bullshit.  His agent is now telling teams that he will stand for the national anthem for this year.   IMO - he was probably kneeling at first because he was a lazy fuck and backed into the story of protest.  Is he probably better than 20 of the backups in the NFL today?  Yes, but who wants the headache.  I would have more respect for him if his principles were for real.

So now Spike Lee is going to headline a protest at the NFL offices in NY to get him a job. The funny thing is they can't even spell Collin's name correctly LMAO

Someone will sign the douche eventually. Go ahead and have the rally. The suits at the NFL have other things to worry about.

Let me be clear. I don't think social injustice doesn't happen and that everything in the country is wonderful. I just question him individually. I think he is full of shit. Now offering to stand during the National Anthem? Some social warrior. I know he will be signed by someone. The funny part is that San Fran was the perfect place for him and Kelly's offense would have been a good fit. He isn't a starter anymore. A backup or clip board carrier. He is not worth the bullshit. If he could bring you to a Super Bowl, I could see putting up with it.

He has every right to say whatever he wants. He has no right not to expect negative consequences.

FOX should hire him to replace Cutler to make an even worse announce team than it would have been. I remember Burkhardt as the annoyingly arrogant Mets clubhouse reporter, so it's not a surprise he rose the way he did.

Burkhardt: It's a 6-yard-gain. Aren't I a great announcer!?

Charles Davis: I have nothing really to add!

Kaepernick: That play reminds me of the horrible social injustice police and racial brutality out there. This country sucks.

Gotta wonder though if Kaepernick is beginning to realize that he was used as nothing more as a media pawn by disgraceful outlets like ESPN. I don't think they were ever interested in him in the first place and just used him as a narrative to fill time and create controversy. Now that ESPN could care less about sports and just worry about being a circus, this became the main story of the season.

NFL front offices and coaches don't want their backup QB to be the focus of the team. Although most of the players probably back what he was doing, even they wouldn't want the backup QB getting all of the attention.

My only point is that Kaep hasn't done shit for social causes in reality.  All empty talk.  Funny how it started after his game went to shit.  I have heard him speak.  I don't think he is a very bright guy.
There are segments in this country that have legit gripes.  Having this moron as their spokesman hurts them further.

What good is a few thousand people signing a petition? NFL won't notice at all. Even if he signs with a team he isn't gonna get much in salary. Two years ago the Niners gave him power to make his own trade. He made one with Denver but Elway would only make the trade if only he accepts 7 mil in salary. He turned it down.

Sounds like Seattle offered him a backup job for 950k and he turned it down. So its only a money problem with this goof.
