The Super Bowl hype is picking up here in Minneapolis now that the teams and media are here. A few fans are on the ground, but most won't start coming in until Thursday and after.

The get in prices on StubHub for the following events are as follows:

- Super Bowl LII: $3,540 (just under 2,100 seats available)

- Eagles fans viewing party at an Irish pub a few blocks from the stadium is $175 apiece with a buffet and open bar.

- A tailgate party with Guy Fieri as chef and 30 plus current and former NFL players on hand is $750 apiece. This is pretty near the stadium at I think a pop up venue. None of the players are named.

- Another tailgate party at a bar on the other side of downtown from the stadium has Darryl "Moose" Johnston and Vikings legend Carl Eller with open bar and buffet. This goes for $484 per ticket. That seems like a lot for the location and the ex players although the place isn't that big.

- There is a tailgate party at the Guthrie Theater with buffet, open bar, and a player roster of Steve Largent, Franco Harris, Jerry Rice, Mean Joe Greene, Lynn Swann, Jack Ham, Ronnie Lott, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, Roger Craig, Dwight Clark, James Lofton, and Jim Harbaugh. This is $372 apiece and while that is a ton of money for something like this, it's a better bet than a couple of the others due to the venue being nice and the old school player roster being large. Lots of ex Steelers which makes me think the promoter was banking on them making it although there are also lots of 49ers and they never had a chance. Oddly, no ex Vikings.

- The Maxim party appears to be at a pop up venue. It has Post Malone, Cardi B, and Marshmello. Tickets are $940 apiece.

- The Playboy Party is at what's being called The Playboy Club and I assume it is a popup venue. I think International Market Square is the actual venue. Snoop Dogg is the host, although I don't think he's performing. It's $550 per ticket to get in.

- Leigh Steinberg was the agent on whom Jerry McGuire was based. He then ruined his life and career with a drug problem. He's made a comeback and has a party based around giving out humanitarian awards to various attending NFL personalities, none of whom are named. The people named are all of his clients for the 2018 NFL Draft. Ronald Jones II of USC is an RB projected as a mid to late first round pick. This is an afternoon event on Saturday with a $299 get in price.

- The Barstool party is on Friday at the old Lumber Exchange building. It has Jamie Foxx, Kaskade, RL Grime, Vice, and DJ Diesel. Tickets are $430 apiece.

- The Rolling Stone party is at International Market Square on Friday night with Migos, 21 Savage, T-Pain, and DJ Cassidy. Tickets are $600 apiece.

The Hateriots largest margin of victory in the Stupor Bowl in the Belicheat/Mr. Bundshen era was last year's 6 points.
It's time.
The Iggles win when Brady's pissant daughter distracts him from the stands and he throws a pick six.

Heavy betting on the Eagles. Point spread down to -3 Pats.
Pats never blow anyone out in SB's.

By kick-off the spread will be back close to where it was. There will be heavy action on the Pats at only -3. They don’t need a blow out to cover that spread, or even one twice as big.

Still picking Eagles...straight up but will take the 5.5 points I got and the under 49.5. NFL leading passer has never won a Superbowl ( 0-5)and this years leader was Brady

Will be closer than it should be, but Pats will prevail.

I tell my kid whenever a game goes down to the last play, it’s a good game. Couldn’t ask for any more. Been kinda spoiled the last five or six years with some damn good Superbowls dating back to Eli’s comeback against the Pats.

Good game from the opening drive to the final play. Couldn’t ask for much more than that, plus Brady lost.

Never understood the need for people to rampage after a sports team in their city that I am willing to bet a fair % of never paid attention to previously win a championship.
Several cases of monkey see monkey do no doubt. Those guys flipped over a car, let's flip over a bigger one.

I put the Philly police radio on my scanner app last night and seriously, it sounded like they were in a war zone. It was INSANE, worst I've ever heard after a sporting even like that. Hell, it sounded like some of the radio traffic I've heard when the BLM riots went down in Baltimore..crazy stuff..

It's nice to see the "GOAT coach" catching major heat for benching Malcolm Butler in a game where any defense at all might have meant the difference.
