Last 5 games 5-0 with Jimmy G. Hell yes. Niner fans can't wait for season to start.
First 11 games with Brian Hoyer and CJ Beathard already forgotten.

The Vikings had an 8-8 season in 2016. It looks worse than it may seem because they went 3-8 down the stretch after a 5-0 start. So when they lost Sam Bradford early on and then rookie RB Dalvin Cook, who got Adrian Peterson's spot, was lost early on with a knee injury, I feared another meltdown season.

Instead, the Vikes went 13-3 in 2017, going 11-1 in the final dozen weeks, and won the NFC North. Along the way the Vikings ruined the Packers' season when Anthony Barr broke Aaron Rodgers collarbone and in the playoffs we got the Keenum to Diggs last second TD pass that Vikings fans will talk about forever.

Yes the NFC Championship Game was an enormous letdown and what could have been an epic Super Bowl week is now another letdown. However, this has been a fantastic season and a success in no uncertain terms.

My team had an awful year and I'm really worried that by hiring Jon Gruden, they will be masking the main problems instead of correcting them. And honestly, Reggie McKenzie has had like four really good drafts in a row. One slip up and this team will never reach it's potential.

Jets. Better than expected, got themselves out of salary cap hell, have close to 80 million open for next season. Can your season be successful without being good?

Considering before the season they were being looked at as a potential 0-16 type of team, then yeah, they did have a successful season. Not nearly as bad as advertised.
Lots of room to improve next year as noted.
