I can’t believe  Josh McDaniels is on the list. He has ‘I’m waiting for Bill to retire written all over him’.

The Packers are interested in Jim Harbaugh, probably because Harbaugh owned them while with the Niners. I doubt Jim will leave Michigan though, especially now that he doesn't have to lose to Urban Myer every year.

The guy they should hire is probably Josh McDaniels, but like beejmi said, I think he's waiting for Mr. Warmth to retire (not Don Rickles).
