For years Belichick and the Patriots have been able to move players out while bringing in new ones without missing a beat. Perhaps the time has finally come for some of the magic to wear off.

The Lions wound up losing 20-7.

The Texans have to be kicking themselves hard over that loss to Denver at home. The AFC South is up for grabs.

Seattle's luck ran out last nite vs Rams. They have been squeaking by this entire season.

1 point win over CIN
2 point win over PIT
1 point win over LAR - FG to win missed
4 point win over CLE
6 point win over TB - OT
3 point win over SF - OT FG to win missed

I hate to admit it, but I think as long as GM John Snider, Pete Carol, and Russell Wilson are there, Seattle will be perennial playoff contenders.

Niners officially lose three more starters after yesterday. Starting center Weston Richburg out for the season. Dick Sherman and Dee Ford out at least three weeks with hamstring injuries. Of course 3 weeks will turn to 6 weeks minimum with the incompetent Niner trainers and doctors. Every year. SOS.
