He had numbers and Super Bowls but was only a 4 time pro bowler and never an all pro.

I wouldn’t vote for him but I’ve watched very little football over the past 20 years especially the last 10 so my opinion may not be valid.

He'll get in eventually.

With two superbowl wins Yes he belongs.

He's better than Phillip Rivers and Donovan McNabb combined in big games. Eli should get in eventually because of the two Super Bowl MVP awards and the biased N.Y. media. I don't mind Eli going in if it means no Rivers or McScabb in the hof.

I would say no. I spoke with Tito about this & he agreed. His regular season won-loss mark is a mediocre 117 - 117. He won 2 cluthch games in his career. It would be like putting Don Larsen into baseball's HOF because he was perfect in one WS game.Or Bucky Dent, who hit THE homerun in 1978 & then had a great WS (6 games). Dent doesn't belong in the HOF either.
Yes, Eli won 2 SB's, but you have to consider his entire career, not just 2 games. However, he likely will get in.

Guess going into Green Bay in the playoffs twice and beating them twice isn’t clutch?  Or the fact that at 9-6 he almost beat the unbeaten Pats, then took a Wild Card team to the Super Bowl title (which ain’t been done all that much) wasn’t clutch?  And, oh by the way, the Giants were not a very good team for much of his career, and if you look at the skill players on offense, the only one that really ever elevated Eli’s game was Plaxico.  By the time he got ODB and Barkley, he was about shot and the team around him was awful.
