Looking for predictions on the upcoming NBA season. I'm predicting the Celtics to go 63-19 and win #18 beating the Spurs in the Finals.

I predict Chris Kaman wins MVP.

The west could be very good across the board in a "uniformly just under what it would take to be NBA champion" sort of way.  A healthy Lakers should be the favorite, but seeing the way Phoenix has been playing defense in the pre-season makes me think they could be a real handful.  Spurs may be a bit long in the tooth.

The East is basically Boston and "other".

At least 10 different players are announced, during the regular season, as being sued for paternity.

Not sure about their regular season record but I will also pick the Celtics to beat the Spurs in the Finals in 6 games.

Are you kidding???? The Knicks will likely have that many before the regular season even starts.

Do you really think Chris Kaman could play at that high a level to be named MVP?

Did Shawn Kemp get picked up?  That would account for at least 3.

he probably still could with all the watered down talent in the association.  he could be a 12th man somewhere.

Moses retires in '95 and by that time he had been pretty bad for a couple of years.
