I think it was time for Denver to move on, especially considering how pitiful they were against Buffalo and San Diego.

Shanahan's record speaks for itself, since the two championships he has been nothing but mediocre.

After the championship seasons, he has six seasons with no playoff appearances, a 1-3 playoff record.  Mediocre coach who could not build a championship caliber team. He should have been gone awhile ago.

you can't compare bill walsh to mike shanahan.  walsh invented the "west coast offense".  shanahan learned from walsh.  walsh made montana and rice,  elway made shanahan.
