http://news.yahoo.com/boy-2-dies-fall-dog-attack-pa-zoo-140735351.html

I don't even know where to begin here, this just sucks so bad all the way around, but I do have to ask, WTF(?) was the mother thinking by dangling the kid in the first place?

These are wild animals and predators, of course they are going to attack anybody who gets in there with them, including a defenseless 2 year old kid, of course as usual it was one of the dogs that also had to be killed for doing what wild animals do.

Then there's this, from another zoo, some subhuman primate bludgeons a monkey to death just for shits and giggles

http://news.yahoo.com/monkey-dies-blow-head-zoo-break-000540291.html

I hope they catch the bastard and I hope he "resists arrest" as he is being cuffed, then gets some prison time, what kind of subhuman would beat a monkey for no reason?

weasel of the week material here.

You can't legislate for this kind of this stupidity. This woman should be charged with manslaughter, but will probably end up suing the zoo.

Here's another point: Why are parents even taking a 2-year-old to the zoo? He can't appreciate any of it, so it's a waste of time.

That's the same mentality that leads parents to take their year-old baby to a ball game and post pictures on Facebook, "Dagwood Jr. at his first Yankees game!" The little guy doesn't know the Yankees from a Pony League game on a neighborhood field in Trenton, so save the money until he's old enough to care.

The Pittsburgh Zoo was the one where the kid was killed by the painted dogs, I've taken my nephews there tons of times. The exhibit they are kept in has high railings because those dogs tried to escape before, and there's really no way I could think of that this could happen that doesn't point to mom being stupid. My younger nephew is exactly the kind of kid who'd try to climb in, and I always made sure if I was lifting him up to look in that I made sure I had a good hold on him so he didn't wiggle free.

They caught the monkey killer, I hope he gets all 24 years and gets repeatedly ass raped for all 8760 days
