Met Patrick Brown at a Tory Fundraiser a few years back (my cousin used to do a lot of work for the party). I'm surprised about the Brown allegations, just cause he seemed more like a religious nut who would only have sex once a month on whichever day would best result in a child being conceived.
Ah well, maybe they can actually try and get someone electable to lead the party this time.

Couldn't be any worse than some of the gems they've unearthed as of late!

Here's a serious question: what do the PC crowd call call blacks and Indians in Canadian, because I have absolutely never heard the terms "African Canadian" or "Canadian American" before.  And does Canada have reservations too?  There were a shit-ton of Indians in Canada that were slaughtered and run out by the French.

The wagon burners change their minds every day about what they want to be called depending on what best suits their agenda for the day.

Native, Indian, indigenous, whatever sucks the most money out of the government. It's now not even of to call the various chiefs of the different reserves even though they will use it as part of their name.
There are so many reserves it's impossible to keep track. The government gives them money, it's gets misappropriated and then the government gives them more.
Most Indians are supported by one government agency or another from the second they are born to the second they die.
90% of children in CFS care(child and family services) are native and somehow that's the white man's fault.
15 year old crack ho's get pregnant from their gang banged boy friend and the government gives them more money each month than someone who worked 20 years and got laid off would get on EI. We live outside the city but when we come in for appts or whatever the downtown is just crawling with them because virtually none of them work.
But the government keeps pissing money away on jobs and education for these scum. They don't work and they don't go to school. They have been conditioned for decades by their chiefs, lol, that they are owed.  And what the government won't give them they take like the piece of shit who assaulted and robbed a kid right outside the worst cesspool in the city Portage Place in broad daylight a couple days ago.
I could go on forever.
Africans, not sure what we call them. Mostly we just say where they'll is the maid or the butler.😁
African Canadian is probably used, just not commonly. Everyone is just referred to as Canadians.

I thought the accepted term for Indians is "First Nations". This helps remind the white (English speaking) Canadians of their second class status.

Blacks here typically call themselves Blacks (or African Americans since the continent is North America and all that).

Indians - Depends. Most I know refer to themselves as Indian or Native. A few call themselves Aboriginals, A few First Nations.... A few Anishnabek...... all depends on who you talk to.

They ever figure out a way to deter the Indian kids on Labrador from sniffing gas like there was no tomorrow?

Another Tory leader in Canada forced to resign.

Nova Scotia's Progressive Conservative leader was asked to resign his post Wednesday morning after an investigator hired by the provincial PC Party to probe "allegations of inappropriate behaviour" found Jamie Baillie had breached workplace harassment rules.
But before the harassment allegation was made public, Mr. Baillie took to Twitter, where he told followers that he was immediately resigning his leadership and his seat in the provincial legislature "for personal reasons."
"My priority is my family and I ask that our privacy be respected," he wrote.
To many, the resignation was not a total surprise: Mr. Baillie first announced his intentions to leave politics last fall. Then, he said that he would stay on until a new leader was chosen.
Hours after his resignation tweet, the allegations against Mr. Baillie were revealed by Tara Miller, president of the Progressive Conservative Party of Nova Scotia, and caucus chair Karla MacFarlane in a carefully worded statement.
"The PC Party does not, and will not, tolerate sexual harassment in the workplace," the statement read. "The PC Party is committed to a healthy, safe and supportive working environment where all Nova Scotians are treated with respect and dignity."
At an afternoon news conference, Ms. MacFarlane, who has been named interim leader of the party, said the allegations against Mr. Baillie surfaced in late December. They were made by one complainant and the party brought in an "experienced" investigator in response.
The party received the results of that investigation on Tuesday night and decided to request Mr. Baillie's resignation; caucus supported the decision unanimously, Ms. Miller said.
No further details about allegations against Mr. Baillie have been given and Ms. MacFarlane said the party's intention is to protect the individual who made them.
"It's a delicate, delicate issue and it's been a difficult process and we're respecting those involved at their request," she said.
Neither Ms. Miller nor Ms. MacFarlane would say whether the case has been forwarded to police. Halifax Police Constable Carol McIsaac told The Globe and Mail the force has "not received a report at this time."
Ms. MacFarlane said information on the PC leadership convention will be released soon – so far no date has been set for it.
Meanwhile, Ms. MacFarlane said she is saddened by the situation. Mr. Baillie, a chartered accountant, has led the party since 2010, including through two provincial elections. After winning 17 seats in 2017, the Conservatives formed the official Opposition.
"It's a lot to digest," Ms. MacFarlane told reporters. "But as we all know, no one is above the law."

At least there was some investigation done, rather than a kneejerk "fire/suspend/resign now" action immediately as the accusation surfaced.
