Harvey Weinstein is back in the U.S. and expected to surrender to the NYPD as early as tomorrow for multiple charges or rape.

people are actually defending Freeman saying they are overeacting and its just a old man flirting. trying to look up womens skirts and asking if they are wearing any underwear is not flirting. even women are defending him. people are fans of him and are allowing that to get in the way of the messed up behavior.

Forgive me but I sincerely couldn't care less.  If a guy asks you an inappropriate question tell him to fuck off and walk away.  And that's that.  I don't need to read headlines about it 10 years after the fact.  And if Morgan Freeman asked me if I was wearing underwear, I'd tell him because he's Morgan Freeman and if he's asking he has a damn good reason.  And if you disagree with that, you're racist.

Absolute Armageddon during the publicity tour for the new season of Arrested Development that drops on Netflix on Tuesday. Jeffrey Tambor, who was already fired from his last show, apparently went on a tirade against Jessica Walter on the set. It was supposed to be really, really bad, beyond an actor throwing a temper tantrum and it left Walter in tears. And Walter is a pretty tough cookie who's been in the business since the early '60s and this was something even she's never seen before. So this all came out and there was a joint interview with the cast and Jason Bateman and David Cross and some of the other male cast members sort of downplayed the incident to keep the peace and keep the focus on promoting AD, and well now they're on a public apology tour as well for "mansplaining" verbal abuse. The whole situation is a mess and just really taints another great Netflix show, and could have ramifications for a third because Bateman stars in the awesome Ozark as well.

Listen, Tambor probably can't work anymore. The stories about him are legendary going back decades. He's a monster. Just beyond the biggest asshole any of us has ever had to deal with in a working situation. That much is clear. And he can't stop being that big a monster, even after his career fell off a cliff because of it and he was graciously allowed to return to AD. So he's done and he should be. In order to be successful in any business, you have to be able to work with people. You can be talented and smart, but I've seen it all the time working in HR, some people just sabotage themselves and when no one wants to work with you, you find yourself unemployed. So fuck him. But I really feel bad for the rest of the cast who now stepped into a shit-storm when they were just trying to promote their TV show. Jason Bateman has been one of my favorite actors for years and by all accounts is a really nice guy and he doesn't deserve this.

I think we now know why his portrayal of Hank Kingsley was so spot-on.

Harvey Weinstein turned himself in at 7:30 AM this morning and is now under arrest and in the custody of the NYPD.

James Caan has come forward to defend freeman. says that guys are not allowed to hit on women anymore. lol these guys are like cavemen. telling a female interviewer that she looks ripe is not right. trying to look up skirts and asking them if they are wearing underwear is not hitting on a woman. i think people like Freeman have had their ass kissed for so long that they think they can say and do anything they want. (Trump has said this). Freeman thought he could just walk up to a woman on these sets and blatantly stare at their breasts and make some comment and its cool because he is Morgan freeman. it is allowed. its warped.

Harvey did his perp walk like a boss. It was like he was leading the cops out of the station instead of the other way around. Typical Queens kid.

George Takei has been all but exonerated as his accuser has admitted he lied about certain incidents and his claim about being drugged seems to be scientifically impossible. Maybe Takei now realizes that NOT “all accusers deserve to be taken seriously”, as he’s said before. Many are full of shit. I don’t like Takei’s politics but I do like the truth and I’m glad it’s come out. I hope he’s learned something through this painful experience and he’s been smartened up.

Full details here.

Comedian Andy Dick has been charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and battery charges over an incident earlier this year in which he allegedly groped a woman on the street, according to a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office. In light of those charges, a video of the comedian interacting with the president’s daughter on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2007 has been making the rounds. In it, Dick can be seen rubbing Ivanka Trump’s legs as she pushes his hand away.
The audience laughs throughout the encounter, which begins with Dick commenting on the glitter on Trump’s legs and then reaching over to touch them. Trump, smiling, first playfully slaps his hand away, then grabs Dick by the wrist and pushes him away from her as Kimmel physically gets in between the two, saying “Donald Trump will kill both of us.”
Dick is scheduled to appear in court over the Los Angeles incident on July 18, but the resurfaced footage is a reminder that Dick has a long history of alleged lewd behavior, including claims that cost him a role in the film Raising Buchanan in October—just after the birth of the #MeToo movement. At the time, he told THR, “I didn’t grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them. That’s my thing—I licked Carrie Fisher at a roast. It’s me being funny. I’m not trying to sexually harass people.”
In light of the #MeToo movement, however, behavior that Dick (and others) might have gotten away with in the past can’t be dismissed as “funny,” because it’s not funny—and it wasn’t 11 years ago, either.

Well I'd never imagine something like this from Andy Dick!

Ozark is an awesome show and must continue. Bateman hasn't don't a fucking thing to offend anyone. The reality is that they shouldn't have had Tambor on that show. The odd thing about him is that he also played a tranny 30+ years ago on Hill Street Blues. I think he likes dressing up for real.

I soured on Tambor back when that Transparent show started and they had him on O&A. I think Opie was out that day but he was in to promote the show and he had a real attitude and jumped on Jimmy a few times saying he needed to learn to "respect" transgenders, was really basically about calling Jimmy a hate monger and Norton finally was like "You really haven't listened to this show or know anything about me do you? If you did you'd know you're making yourself out to be a fool right now" or something like that lol..Tambor was just a real asshole...
If there's anyone that loves them some trannies it's little Jimmy Norton lol..
