Trump's personal lawyer, out of the goodness of his heart, handed over $130K to a porn star for no particular reason. This is what the "evangelicals" believe. Really.

So apparently the real story is that his lawyer paid this out because of the deadline and he had trouble tracking Trump down to pay him back.  So the hilarious part is that Daniels has now sued Trump because her lawyer claims that the nondisclosure is invalid because Trump never signed it.

While the circus takes center stage again...Gary Cohn, his Chief Economic Advisor, who I actually liked to some degree, has resigned over this ridiculous tariff proposal that almost all Republicans and moderate Democrats know is shit.  Trump supporters are bending over backwards again to justify how this hard left Bernie Sanders idea is actually conservative.  This truly is Bizarro World.  The hold Trump has on these people is amazing.  There is no ideology here at all.  It's strictly cult of personality.

Yep, Cohn is gone.

Nazis?  There's good people on both sides.

Sexual assault?  Not important.

Trade tariffs?  I'M DONE.  THIS IS TOO MUCH.

Well he's the Economic Advisor so yeah, this tariff debacle is a bit more important and where he should draw the line.  He has nothing to do with that other stuff and it doesn't make sense to want smart guys to leave the White House over #MeToo bullshit when people who leave are always replaced by people who are worse.  I don't want anyone with a brain to walk away, they're the ones who need to stay and fight and try to maintain sanity.

Agree. He is an economics guy. Rossi is right. We need sane people there to counteract the insanity. I have a feeling the next person in that role will come directly from Fox Business News.

I see it as way more than that, it's an ethics issue and they have none, but I digress.

Do you want 100% maniacs working for him? What do you suspect would be the outcome of that?

Fucking Yankees, all I asked was that you guys try to not drag us down the shitter with you guys and even that was too much.

The Steel Tariffs are going to hurt every country that is not China.

Well Broke - the irony is that it will hurt some of the Trump states, bigly. Think about Michigan alone. Then, think about all the foreign firms that have plants in Southern states. Then, consider that Subaru has a huge plant in Indiana. That is just one industry. Not smart.

But they can always get jobs in the mines and die at age 50. That seems to be the entire goal of not only Trump but many of his followers as well.

Not gonna even be any of those jobs left if tariffs and a nafta pullout go through.

On the plus side, there might not be an Indiana left if all that happens. Biggest shithole of a State I've ever visited.

Well, now Trump is apparently going to make exceptions for Mexico and Canada. We import more steel from Canada than anywhere else. Still, it is an amazingly stupid move.

Yea, I was in Indiana once with my daughter. Jeffersonville, right across for Louisville, KY. It was a shit hole.

I can't stand Trump as I feel he is a sham and won by being crooked. However, I wouldn't believe this chick if she told me that water was wet.

That's where I live.  LOL

There are parts that are, for sure.   But the houses/neighborhoods on the river where I live and further down are the exception.

Sorry.  I only saw the part right over the bridge.  The hotel was nice enough.  We walked across the bridge to the yum center which was cool.  We actually got lost in Jeffersonville looking for the hotel.
It was the last time I ever drove a car.
